COTTAGE STYLE: Plants & Pots

I found a Fluffy Ruffles Fern at Walmart a few months, but didn't buy a planter for it.  The leaves are so green, and ruffly.  It's beautiful!  I found a planter for it, and bought it over the weekend to go in our bedroom.  You can find the pot at Walmart for around $6.94.

I bought his box when I didn't have time to make lunch.  It was pretty tasty, and I liked the chocolate-covered raisins that were hidden beneath the sandwich.

MOTHER'S DAY: Grandmother's Tea Time Gift Card

I found this card at Dollar Tree in Rock Hill, SC (Newport).

My daughter will give this to her grandmother, along with a small gift.

DOLLS: Reborn Dolls

My daughter's birthday is Friday.  She has been watching You Tube videos of Reborn dolls.  I had never heard of them, until she mentioned it.  Hard to believe they look so real.  In some of the videos, women are putting the dolls in actual car seats, and taking them to the grocery store. :)

We bought a Reborn doll from Amazon.com.  It arrived nicely packed in a drawstring bag.  The bag contained a doll,  brush, baby bottle, outfit, certificate, magnetic pacifier, outfit (on doll), and headband (on doll).

EASTER: Easter Egg Stuffers

Cool Egg Stuffer Idea....

Texas Roadhouse in Rock Hill, SC gave out Free Kids Meal coupons to stuff  Easter eggs.  Fantastic idea for upcoming egg hunts.  I thought this was so clever, so I picked up some of the coupons.  They (coupons) were tiny enough to fit in each egg. Afterwards, I bought some eggs at Dollar General for $1 per pack.  At home, the eggs were stuffed and are ready to go.  My daughter will take these to school Friday, and pass them out to the class.  Now everyone can go to Texas Roadhouse and enjoy a  Free Kids Meal!

EGG HUNT in a BAG

I wanted to create a small gift for a teacher (who has children) at my daughter's school.  So, what could I do that didn't cost much?  Egg Hunt in a Bag was the solution!  Using an Easter themed bag, I put in some eggs, egg glow sticks, small candy, a card, and some Peeps. 

Hope they have fun hiding the eggs in the dark (using egg glow sticks).
